By accessing and using this website (the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use between Atomic Bulb and you.
Limitations
As we are here to help our clients. We and our representatives shall not be responsible for any loss or damages, in any way, if service is interrupted by the inability to use, communicate or operate due to circumstances beyond our control. In no event shall the total liability of Atomic Bulb and our representatives exceed the value of the order, regardless of the cause of the action or circumstance.
Revisions and data
The materials used on Atomic Bulb’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Atomic Bulb may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Atomic Bulb does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials. Furthermore, prices can be changed for all services offered on Atomic Bulb’s website without prior notice.
Terms of and conditions modifications
Atomic Bulb may revise these terms of use for the Site at any time without prior notice. By using the Site you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Governing law
Any claim relating to Atomic Bulb’s website shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Content
We have the right to cancel any item if you are requesting or developing any unlawful, threatening, obscene, scandalous, racist, pornographic, or profane material, or that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.
Fees and refunds
You agree that, upon registering for the services through the Site, you authorize Atomic Bulb to charge your method of payment (e.g. credit card) for the service fee. Payment of the fees shall be in such amounts as set forth by Atomic Bulb through information provided to you and as authorized through the sign-up and registration process. Your order may be suspended in the event of non-payment of applicable fees. You represent and warrant to Atomic Bulb that all information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur promptly.
In the event of canceling a job, the refund will take up to 21 business days to refund to the same payment method. A charge will be applied to the work that the team has done on this job as Atomic Bulb estimates. Atomic Bulb will not be responsible for any reduction caused by currency conversion nor service fees occur from such cancellation and refund.
Ownership trademarks & provided assets
You own all graphics and files we create that are paid in full. You will provide all content/copy to be used in our designs. You agree that any materials provided are proofed and approved to be used in your designs and are not owned or trademarked by a different entity. You are responsible that any materials provided can be legally used in our designs. We are not liable for the materials you provide as it pertains to license or trademark issues and you represent to Atomic Bulb that all materials provided do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Subscriptions to stock photography or media are under a specific use license. Managed stock photography or assets are licensed to be used in the specific graphic files created by Atomic Bulb from a client request. Individual photos or assets will not be provided.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atomic Bulb and its representatives from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, and costs including, without limitation, its reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of any of the terms of this Agreement, (ii) your use of the services provided pursuant to the Site, and (iii) infringement of third party’s intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
Time frames
Atomic Bulb may slightly alter or modify time frames of creating, developing, and modifying all creative services based on the intensity and complexity of the request.
Output files
At Atomic Bulb, we try our best to minimize any mistakes. However, and due to the nature of creative design, we can not guarantee all files delivered will be 100% error-free. Upon file delivery, you agree to review and proof all files for any errors or and notify the team if any changes or corrections are needed. We will do our best to rush any edits to correct the mistakes. Atomic Bulb is not responsible or liable for any losses or expenses incurred from errors.
Work samples
By default, you agree to provide Atomic Bulb with a non-exclusive right and license to publish your work in our portfolio, social media or other communication efforts. If you would like to revoke this right, please contact our team in writing to info@atomicbulb.com.
Confidentiality
We uphold confidentiality in all communication regarding your brand and business. We will only communicate with those who have been authorized on your account and will not share any information provided with anyone outside our organization.
Work and delivery output
An electronic approval in the form of an email sent from the registered email address by you or a person authorized to act on behalf of you.

Finally, you agree that you’ve reviewed and understood the content within our knowledge base outlining details on how Atomic Bulb works and its scope of service.
